This was very tasty! I loved the combination of herbs/savory with a hint of citrus. I made it pretty close to what the recipe called for (I did add a bit more garlic, basil and orange juice because I love all those flavors and wanted to make sure I had enough sauce for the 8 filets I had. Served with rice and a Ceasar salad. Great Spring/Summer meal. Very refreshing!

Thought this was good but I have confirmed that I'm not crazy about tilapia so next time I will use cod or a different white fish... I served this with asparagus...

Very good recipe indeed... I had to make a couple of changes though. I skipped the anchovies (I didn't have any in my pantry, and fresh-squeezed 1 orange instead of using ready-made juice. I made this recipe just for myself, so after pan frying the fish for a couple of minutes on each side, I added the sauce to the pan (with the fish still in it and let it reduce. The end result was a thick orange-basil sauce and wonderfully tender and flaky fish. Will definitely make again for my family to try...

loved it. very unique flavor. However I thought the anchovies/garlic overpowered the citrus so I doubled the lemon zest and tripled the orange juice. My 11 yr old didn't like it but my wife and I were impressed

This is a fantastic dish! To reduce calories, I took out half a tbsp of the butter and half a tbsp of the olive oil and it still came out fabulous!! I served with snow peas and Bob Evans mashed potatoes (You can get these at most supermarkets. They are not instant, but pre packaged and out of this world wonderful. My husband loves them!! If you try them once, you'll never go back! All in all, this is just an awesome recipe. The citrus combined with the anchovies and garlic really make this recipe stand out! Thanks Giada!

Not a big fan of this dish. The citrus bagna cauda was unimpressive. A rare miss of Giada.

This recipe was so simple and quick, yet it became a favorite for every person I've made it for. It even won over people who normally don't eat or like fish.

I never would have thought anchovie and citrus juices would compliment each other so well.

Excellent dish. Subtle flavors and I love anchovy, but it does not overwhelm. I did not have fresh basil, so I just used 1 tsp. dried and it was fine.
