Very good. Definitely need to double the sauce though.

This is a fantastic dish! To reduce calories, I took out half a tbsp of the butter and half a tbsp of the olive oil and it still came out fabulous!! I served with snow peas and Bob Evans mashed potatoes (You can get these at most supermarkets. They are not instant, but pre packaged and out of this world wonderful. My husband loves them!! If you try them once, you'll never go back! All in all, this is just an awesome recipe. The citrus combined with the anchovies and garlic really make this recipe stand out! Thanks Giada!

Not a big fan of this dish. The citrus bagna cauda was unimpressive. A rare miss of Giada.

This recipe was so simple and quick, yet it became a favorite for every person I've made it for. It even won over people who normally don't eat or like fish.

I never would have thought anchovie and citrus juices would compliment each other so well.

Excellent dish. Subtle flavors and I love anchovy, but it does not overwhelm. I did not have fresh basil, so I just used 1 tsp. dried and it was fine.

My four year old has declared this to be her favorite, ever!!! She asked if I could make extra sauce so that she could use it in place a ketchup! : Delicious! I didn't use the anchovies, as another suggested, just added kosher salt and cayenne.

DEEEEE-licious!!! I've made this twice in the last 2 weeks - once to the exact recipe and it was awesome. Second time, I had no OJ and used orange san pellegrino instead and only had 2 anchovy fillets instead of 4 and frankly it was still delicious!! Will definitely make it again several times!

I thought it was really good, really enjoyable. It wasn't outstanding or memorable, really, but it was good. I give it a generous four stars.
