I tried this dish the other night. Very simple to prepare and it was tastey but nothing outstanding. Probably won't make again but if I do, I'll bake the fish instead of pan frying.

I am not a good cooker of fish so I leave it alone.
I tried this recipe to the letter and the dish came out unbelievably wonderful. Hmm, hmm, good!
This recipe is a definite keeper and will be repeated frequently.

Another delicious receipe from Giada. I consider making this many times, but the anchovies made me a bit leary of how this recipe may taste. But once again, Giada did not stear me wrong. This was easy to make and the sauce was delicious.

Great dish! This was a very simple recipe. It was so well flavored. Not being big fans of fish, my kids absolutely loved it and often ask me to make it. Loved it!!!

This sauce is outstanding. The saltiness of the anchovies with the sweet of the citrus zest is a great combo. It is very fresh and not heavy.

This recipe was very flavorful, but a little too oily for my taste. Next time I make it, I'll probably substitute some chicken stock for all of the butter and oil. Really delicious, though, and super easy!!! Also, the bagna cauda keeps in the fridge (and you could probably freeze it too? for much longer than just the one day that the recipe suggests...

I had never tried talipia before but they sell the whole fish at the market just down the street from me and it's not too expensive. I also had a tube of anchovy paste in the refrigerator so I used some of that. Cooked for just the two of us but I only halved (eyeballed the sauce. EXCELLENT!! An easy, quick recipe. Will definitely make again and try the sauce on other things as some reviewers suggest.

Absolutely loved this. Tilapia seemed to soak up the sauce and was sweet/tangy and moist. Quick & Easy!
