This dish was sooo simple to prepare and was really good. I think it would be good on many other types of fish. In fact I think it would be even better on a somewhat firmer, more flavorful fish such as grouper. The anchovies don't overwhelm the sauce at all, but add a nice depth of flavor. I served this dish with rice pilaf and sauteed spinach with garlic. My wife liked it even more than I did.

Citrus on fish has never tasted better. The luxurious blend of the salty anchovy dissolve and the zest of the multiple citrus create a perfect compliment.

I had never fixed any kind of fish before, and this was REALLY easy. My entire family loved it. I left out the anchovies, and added some lemmon juice. I also rubbed some Old Bay seasoning on the fish before frying it. Even my very picky 13 year-old brother loved it!It is wonderful with stir-fried onions, zuccini, and potatoes.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It is really easy to make & it is VERY tasty.
I was a little anxious about using anchovies in this but it just gave the sauce a wonderful, rich flavor. This is definately going in the regular rotation.

Being single I find it difficult to cook for one; however, this is a perfect "cooking for one" recipe. It's fast, easy, delicious! Now I just gotta get a girl over here for dinner and make it for her. It's sure to win any chick over! Thanks man!
