I've been looking for a recipe for tilapia that was easy and tasty. This surpassed it! My family thought it was so delicious. Thank you.

This was as good as going to a 5Star restaurant. My husband could not believe how good this recipe was. I am a good cook but I have not had much experience with seafood. I will be making this over and over again. Giada DE Laurentiis has helped me overcome my fear of cooking seafood. The lemon Spagetti went well with this dish.

The fresh citrus flavor complimented the anchovies and perked up the mild flavored fish !!

this came out really good. Hubby was a little concerned about the anchovies but he liked it a lot too. Followed the recipe except i added a bit more garlic (can't have too much garlic: and quickly used my immersion blender to coarsely puree the sauce. Will definately make again but will dredge the fish in seasoned flour to make a light crust. Served with linguine with a compimentary sauce (garlic, olive oil, butter, basil, lemon, crushed red pepper, parmesan

This recipe makes a mess of your cooktop, but we love having it with tilapia, a weekly staple in our household. It's always best to make a little extra so you can spread it on pasta or bruschetta or something. And unless you like it really salty, use the suggested number of anchovies. I once used a whole can and the sauce made me pucker, though my partner liked it just the same.
