I was tempted before serving this to my family to write it off as an OK recipe. They, however, raved about it, and ate more of my tilapia than usual. My finicky teenage daughter went back for seconds. I was told in no uncertain terms to but this in my "definitely try again" file.
One thing I did differently was to grill the fish over alder chips.

This was my first time preparing and eating Talapia. The fish was good and a simple preparation. My wife thought it tasted like lobster or other shellfish. I'm not sure if I'd make the sauce again. It wasn't bad, but I think lemon, butter and basil would be about the same.

My fiance and 8-year old son really enjoyed this recipe. It was very easy to prepare, and the ingredients were readily available. I would probably cut down slightly on the anchovies next time (2-3 instead of 4, and maybe add a squeeze of lemon with the orange juice, but overall it was wonderful!
