I've made this several times (although it comes out a little different each time due to the type of lady fingers or the amount of espresso I end up with, etc ...

it's the best! No restaurant beats it!

Good quick dessert, but would be better to make it taller rather than longer.

I have not made this recipe yet but have seen the show where she makes this recipe and, if I remember correctly, the pan size she uses is a loaf pan, not a 9 x 13 pan. Had to rate this for my comment to be included; when I do make it, will give my true rating on how it came out.

This tasted wonderful. There were no leftovers. I used Amaretto instead of rum and I brushed the ladyfingers with the mixture as opposed to soaking.

I LOVE Giada, so I was a bit shocked when this recipe came together awfully. The recipe calls for a 13 x 9 inch pan and only 24 lady fingers which was not nearly enough to cover 2 layers of the size pan the recipe called for. The creme filling was a huge disappointment. Besides not being sweet enough by any means, this creme did not end up having the correct texture either. This may have been a result of the lack of sugar though.
Next time I will probably try the recipe on the back of the lady fingers box. Sorry, Giada...

This tiramisu was great!! It was easy and took no time at all. For all the people who thought it was to runny you soaked your cookies to long, and/or you left it sitting way to long!!!!! The only thing is I did not have rum so I used creme di cocco liquor it gave it a great flavor. Everything that I have made from everyday italian comes out fabulous.

This recipe was amazing..with a little tweaking of course.
I used the spongy lady fingers from the bakery..and added a little more sugar (1/2 cup total then sprinkled the top with cocoa and cinnamon..
also, instead of dipping the ladyfingers, I lined the bottom of a 8x9 pan with them and poured the coffee and liquor over with a spoon until they were lightly soaked. this gave more control over the ammount of moisture.

    it was so good!
