I made this for christmas dinner and everyone loved it!! It was so good. It took me a while to find the cheese but I am glad I did and did not substitute it with something else! Very good!!

I followed the instructions step by step and I figured the recipe had to be good from all the high reviews it recieved. The lady fingers had a good depth of espresso and rum flavors, but the filling was not very good. It was too bland, and too dry. This is definitely not a recipe I will be trying again.

I always thought making tiramisu would be more time consuming and humbug. This is a pretty simple recipe to follow and the end product is delicious.

If you find rum a little too overpowering for your taste(like me, i suggest using a coffee liquer instead like Kahlua or Irish Cream. They're sweeter and it makes the Tiramisu taste less "boozy." I had some Godiva white chocolate liquer and some Frangelico leftover, so I used those. It came out awesome.

This is way too bitter. If I had to do it over again (and I probably won't because of the expensive ingredients, I'd use a recipe with more sugar and a LOT less coffee. The cookies are saturated with coffee mixture and it's just too intense.

Not a very good tiramisu recipe, a little bland and not authentic tasting.

THis is the BEST tiramisu recipe. Easy to make. The only propblem that I had was my ladyfingers were soft, so they were lightly dipped into the espresso.
It came out perfect. I added a little homemade whip cream to the top. UMMMM!
