I decided to try this recipe out for thanksgiving and my family absolutely loved it. It was very easy to make however i decided to brush the liquid ingredients onto the lady fingers rather than dipping because i didn't want them to be soggy and it came out perfect, I will be making this one again.

First time I tried making Tiramisu and it came out PERFECT. Its my favorite dessert and I am obsessed with the one at Olive Garden. Mine came out JUST like the one from the restaurant. Perfect recipe :

This was my firt time I attempted to make tiramissu. However, I bought 2 different brands of lady fingers. I tried both of them and I chose the most crunchy one. I followed all the directions and everything came out perfect!! It is very easy!!

This tiramisu had great flavor! I'm not sure how others came out soggy because if anything i could have soaked my lady fingers a little longer. The only thing that would make this runny is if you don't beat the eggs long enough, make sure they are stiff before adding the cheese. You do need 2 packages of lady fingers, or 48 to fill a 9x13 pan. I will also double the egg and cheese mix next time, since it was fantastic!! I used really strong coffee, since i don't have an espresso maker, and it worked fine. The bitter chocolate was perfect on top. Next time I may throw an extra layer of the choclate shavings in the middle!

This recipe was easy to follow and everything turned out great! I dipped the lady fingers in the espresso as written and they weren't soggy at all-maybe it depends on which brand of lady fingers you use. I did need more lady fingers and espresso than it says. I doubled the amounts of both and it worked almost perfectly for the 9x13 pan. Will definitely use this recipe again!

I am a novice cooker, but this recipe was very easy to follow and was a huge hit with the family! I used a pack and a half of ladyfingers which were found in the bakery section of HEB for 1.99. Also I brushed the ladyfingers with the mix because dipping them made them too soggy. Cooking is trial and error but this dish is impressive, so if I can make it anyone can.

I have been making Giada's version for quite a few years and it is always requested at our family Christmas dinner. This is the best recipe ever!! My family is Italian, and they prefer this recipe over any other ones! I double the recipe to make sure I have enough of the creamy yummy marscapone cheese to go around. I have to make sure I make enough so my Dad can have the 'leftovers'!!
