It's too simple to be true. I'm going to try it with Asti Spumante for a different twist.

The best thing about this recipe is that it is so easy to put together. Wonderfully light.
Tina, from NC...what you made was not a Tiziano but basically, a Bellini. Don't rate if you don't follow the recipe and end up only using one ingredient. That is of no help to the rest of us who do read the reviews.

We had an Italian food weekend at my brother's summer house. I served this up and everyone loved it.

This is an excellent summer drink. It is light and bubbly but not too sweet. I would definitley reccommend it!

This refreshing and light coctail is the perfect prelude to a beautiful meal. I altered the recipe slightly using "After the Fall Georgia Peach" juice instead of grape. I also did not use the lemon or mint garnish. I also thing the success of the drink depends highly on the quality of prosecco chosen.

The drink was a wondereful success with my guests for a hot summer afternoon coctail! I served it before the meal immediately after my guests arrived. DO NOT make this coctail in advance as the gas begins to dissipate immediately after opening.

Also, I highly reccomend substituting this recipe in place of mimosa, etc. It is much lighter.
