This was fabulous!! LOVED IT!!!! The shrimp sauce mixture was out of this world!! Loved it so much that I made it again serving the shrimp sauce mixture with cooked fettucini -- oh gosh so heavenly!! My husband had 2 1/2 servings! It even warmed up great next day for my lunch!! Better than any restaurant!! Giada this is a definite hit! This will be one of my 'go-to' recipes!!

This was such an awesome recipe, I wish i doubled the recipe, i'm sure it would have all been gone in seconds, because for the single recipe it was gone in milliseconds!! I will be making it again this weekend at my mothers for the rest of my family, i know they will love it too!! Thank you Giada, i always love all your recipes.

Everyone loved this recipe. I didn’t have the tarragon on hand, but it was still excellent without it. I used 3 tomatoes instead of 6. I spread the extra mascarpone cheese over each slice of ciabatta, and added a little Parmesan cheese then put the bread under the broiler for a few minutes. I’ll definitely be making this again.
