It was wonderful! I did make a couple of changes, I used half of the zest and increased the sugar to 1/2 cup. I toasted the pound cake on my griddle and omited the honey. Soooo Good! It was good with warm or cooled pound cake.

This is so easy and absolutely delicious. The honey toasted on the pound cake and the fresh taste of the citrus cream is so good. I took this to a friends house for dessert and made the cream ahead of time then put it all together there. We love it every time.

Absolutely fabulous! I am not much intro citrus things when it comes to dessert but this definitely changed my mind! I made it with all the ingredients Giada listed but just added a little bit more whipping cream (from 1/2 to 3/4 cup since I was expecting company and I just loved it! It was a huge success and I can't wait to make it again! Perfectly light & refreshing! A definite crowd - pleaser!

Fast and the cream makes a good frosting on a normal yellow cake too. :D

I eliminated the cream part cause my family nor myself like whip cream, but the follow the rest of the recipe to letter and it is delicious. My family and I have had it for dessert every night this week! Thanks for a great alternative to just plain pound cake Giada!!!

This recipe is off the chart! I follow previous suggestions for mixing the whipping cream and folding in the fruit juice. The final texture of the whipping cream is not as smooth or silky as you might expect, but is incredible in taste. I used Washington Navel oranges instead of manderine oranges. Incredible!

It's sweet but really good, it also looks really fancy on the plate. It makes a lot of cream, so next time I will cut the recipe in half since it's just my husband and I.
