I liked the cake - nice & orange-y! I used freshly squeezed orange juice, I don't think there's a reason why you can't put the pulp in, it was great. I made my own fresh vanilla buttercream & marscapone icing for the center & didn't put anything on/around the cake because I don't like too much frosting. I made this for my husband's b'day & we both enjoyed it. The cake was lovely & soft, moist & a great orange flavor.

It was ok-the raspberry glaze was too sweet and running.

I made this cake for Easter... and well let just say its pretty than it tastes... the frosting I think could work with like 3/4 of a box of powdered sugar... it was just to sweet. The inside of the cake with the orange and the raspberry jam was delightful... Maybe the frosting could use some tweaking... :D

Very good cake but also very sweet! The frosting tended to slide off the cake once it was out of the fridge for any amount of time.

    This cake was awesome!
It tasted great and its so easy to make I am only 11 and I made this all by myself!
I added more raspberry jam to the frosting because it didnt taste like it had enough raspberry. Also when I made the icing it was way too sweet but with the cake it doesnt taste quite as sweet. It was perfect. Cant wait to make this again!

it was good and very pretty. I wish that orange flavor was was stronger in the cake and the cake was a little more moist.

i love this cake (i made as cupcakes - i don't know how anyone could give it a bad review. i didn't think the frosting was too sweet at all, the creme fraiche definitely mellowed out the sweetness of the powdered sugar. everyone loved them - i'm going to make it again this weekend. it looks beautiful too
