This is amazing!! All of my guests loved it! And I even goofed a little bit...I put in more bread than the recipe called for so I added more of the egg/milk. After it was baked I was afraid it looked too eggy, but it still tasted great. Can't wait to make it again! Thanks Giada!!

So yummy! This one is definitely "company worthy!" I slow roasted the tomatoes in the oven at 250 for a couple hours the second time I made it. That tasted good too.

I made this for my lovely wife and her girls at work. After reading the reviews, I added lb of Italian Sausage and cut up a half jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes. My wife said it was a big hit at work. All the girls wanted the recipe, and one girl took home a piece for her daughter. All of Giada's recipes that I have made, which are many, have turned out fantastic. From one Italian to another, Thank you Giada. Roger Staccone

Unusual. Only recipe was Southern. Tomatoes and toasted bread, buttered, cubes and sprinkles of sugar and heated. This takes it over the top. so different.Believe a Winner.Like the Custard

My husband loved this dish, I did make a few changes, I had jalapeno bread from a local baker, and chicken sausage (my husbands request. It was amazing, and this was asked to be put on our weekly family menu :

I'm giving it a 3. I thought it was too plain, it needs a sauce or an extra ingredient (sausage maybe to make the flavor more interesting. The bread and eggs are the predominant flavor. Bottom line, not my favorite.

This was my first try at bread pudding, and it turned out very flavorful and fresh. A great dish for the spring!

Really delicious. The cherry tomatoes just have so much flavour when they are cooked. I actually had the opportunity to watch this episode and while Giada was preparing this dish she made the comment that this dish would also make great breakfast food. Next time I make it I am going to add some sausage meat to it and give it a go.
