Pretty good. Easy to make, but when I re-heated it the next day it kinda took on a soggy texture, so it's best out of the oven.

FANTASTIC! It's Nov & I had to use the rest of my garden tomatoes that riped on my sill. WOW! I made some slight changes given my preferences, but I'm sure if you made it excatly by the recipe, you'd love it that way too. I used 1/3 loaf of italian bread rather than wheat, 1/2 c basil & 3/4 c parmesan. What a great way to use up those tomatoes that weren't vine-ripened. I'm DEFINATELY going to make it again, in the winter even, using those "somewhat tasteless tomatoes" from the market. Giada, you are the best, again!

Very tasty savory bread pudding. It makes a good side dish to a light main dish such as fish. Make sure to choose a really good bread because you taste so much of the bread, that if you don't, it could spoil the dish.

OH, MY, GOSH - this was amazing. I love all the ingredients listed so thought, I'll try it. Had a friend over tonight for dinner and she can't wait for me to make it again. My husband ate all on his plate (he can be picky and said afterward "that was really good". Flavor was super. I will be making this often. Thank you!!!!

Wow, I made this last night and it was so good!! My picky husband even said "what is this?" I was concerned that he didn't like it! Well he ate almost half of it!! We loved it! Thanks for the great savory bread pudding recipe!

Delicious! I halved the recipe and used my own homemade herb-garlic italian bread, probably used too many tomatoes but it was DELICIOUS. I will definitely make this again!

My husband and I both LOVED this!! We used a whole-wheat bread loaf and followed the recipe as is. The only thing I would change next time I make it (and there will be MANY "next times"! is using asaigo cheese instead of parmesean (more flavorful and complements the basil so well and adding a bit more tomatoes...but these changes are just a preference. The recipe as is is DELICIOUS!

This one of those recipes you keep in you back pocket as a go to when there is an abundance of veggies in the fridge. You can substitute any veggie and your favorite bread. OH and of course once its done it can be enjoyed right away or have later or next day. Enjoy.

This recipe was a big hit. Quick and easy to make and tasted delicious. I made half the recipe and it worked well. The pudding went well with a ham loaf my husband loves and sliced avocado, one of my favorites. Nice to have starch and veggie in one.

Absolutely Delicious!!! I actually watched this episode and went right to the kitchen to make this. I love bread pudding and usually think of dessert when I hear bread pudding. This is completely different, but spectacular!!!
