Loved it! It got rave reviews from everyone who tried it. We made it with both the mozzarella and goat cheese, and we all preferred the goat cheese. We have also tried this recipe with Rotel tomatoes which adds a nice kick.

Very delightful. Extremely easy to make. The one thing I believe I did wrong was to not wipe the moisture off the cheese. It made the bread a little soggy. It still was a hit.

I prepared this last night for a cocktail party I was hosting. They were easy to make, delicious and everyone loved them. Not one left over! The only thing I am wondering is why I had so much tomato mixture left over after I made the 36 pieces. I followed the measurements in the recipe but had enough to do way more than 36 pieces. Oh well, just means more for me today :

WONDERFUL! I used fresh roma tomatoes from our garden, added some parmesean, 7 subsituted muenster cheese because that's all we had in the fridge and it was SUPERB!! Great way to use fresh tomatoes and basil. Will definitely make again. SO EASY!

I used Costco bruschetta with French baguette and fresh basil from my garden with this recipe. It was FABULOUS! Everyone raved and were surprised with my quick substitution for bruschetta. Thank you Giada!

I had small garlic cloves/just put them all in the tomato mix. Very easy yet tasty. I like the melted cheese on the bread first...keeps the bread from getting soggy.Since it is summer I used fresh tomatoes out of my garden.

This recipe was super duper easy and my husband absolutely loved it! I didn't have plain canned tomatoes so I used diced tomatoes flavored with garlic and olive oil - AWESOME! I'll definitely make these again.

Great for dinner party! Used fresh tomatoes chopped in place, and was absolutely delicious!
not used to the melted cheese for this dish, so it was a nice twist to the usual cold mozzarella!

I loved this, I made three bruschetta's and this classic one was a hit. They were all devoured.
