    This is a quick easy way to Bruschetta. Wonderful taste, we even tried it with Smoked Mozzarella instead of the regular and that just gave it another twist. Simple but really delicious recipe. Giada is Amazing, we love her recipes.

    It's really good with a big crowd and is pritty easy. The clean up is really hard for what you use to make it but other than that is was a desisious appitizer!!

    I always have Italian bread left over after a meal and this is an ideal way to serve it. This is delicious! We eat every bit of the leftover bread now instead of giving it to the birds.

    This is so good & easy. I grilled the bruschetta the day before on my George Forman and also made the sauce the day before also. Everyone loved it!
