So delicious! We usually pack it as a side when we barbecue on the beach. Today we're adding lemon-pepper roasted chicken to the salad itself for convenience. Test-taste is just as tasty!!!

Everytime I ask my boyfriend what recipe he would like me to cook as a treat, he almost always picks this one. It's easy so I'm always happy. The flavors fit amazingly well. The recipe kind of makes a lot for two, but it makes great leftovers (which only last a day or two anyway.

Delicious! Followed recipe with no additons or deletions, and it was the perfect side dish for a barbeque on a hot summer night. Easy, and pretty too! A great summer salad, fresh and light.

This was a great side dish and the pine nuts make it. I left out the cherries and used chopped lettuce instead of arugula. It was even better the second day.

Awesome salad! Rave reviews from everyone! This salad is so versatile - you can swap out almost any ingredient for something else and it's still good. The cherries lend a sweet touch while the feta is tangy. This is my all-time favorite pasta salad --- I can't wait to try it with whole wheat orzo!

I add a few more cherries and pine nuts than called for. This has become my family's favorite orzo salad! The combination of flavors is fantastic...perfect for summer!
