This sorbet was easy to make and has great flavor. But it needs to be eaten as soon as it is made. If freezing throughly it becomes a rock solid ice cube, which is impossible to scoop. When removing from the freezer to soften it also responds like an ice cube. The flavor portion melts while the water remains frozen. Yuk, if not consumed when made.

Incredible recipe, Giada. The cold chill of the sorbet is perfect for a light, summery dessert without sacrificing any flavor. I even added a little extra lime juice and it was splendid.

Very tasty! Nice tartness and not too sweet, unlike most sorbets.

I watched this episode with 7 year old daughter who loves to cook with me and as soon as it was over we ran out to get what we needed to make it. Just tried it and it is delicious! It is 95 degrees today here today so this was the perfect afternoon treat. I put the extra back in the blender with some rum and ice and enjoyed a tasty adult beverage while the dessert chilled. Thanks for another great recipe!

Really good and refreshing. I didn't have all the ingredients, so I substituted orange juice for the pineapple juice and lemon juice for the lime juice and it was still great. It made too much for my Cuisinart ice cream maker, too, so I put the extra into popsicle molds and it made 12 popsicles.
