    I like all the ingredients, but together, it's too powerful for me. I liked the artichokes in the tuna, but next time I'll leave off the olive mixture. Can't knock them all out of the park, I guess. ;

    Went out on a limb to try this recipe. It sounds like it can be a disaster, but the taste is fantastic! Even the kids (4 kids 13 and under keep asking to make it again. Now, that is a better rating than I could ever make. Make sure you let the mix sit to allow flavors to blend and then watch it get devoured. Try it if you like a tangy, interesting sandwich.

    Okay, so it gives you breath of death, but oh what a way to go! Make sure the person you kiss eats some too!!
    I really don't think the garlic overpowers, but then we love garlic. The tuna is light and fresh tasting, even out of a can! Didn't have marinated chokes, so I dumped about a teaspoon of lemon-pepper into the jar and let it sit for about 30 minutes. That kalamata spread is to die for! Go Giada!

    This was just AMAZINGLY good. I was a little iffy about it at first, esp b/c of the purple mayo spread but it was so tangy and scrumptious!! A perfect twist on a classic tuna sandwich!!

    After reading some of the reviews it occurs to me that, when people shop, they fail to notice heads of garlic (and the cloves contained therein have varying sizes - when in doubt, to use less seems sensible...? Creative cooking is just that and it's impossible for a chef to please every palate. For my taste, 95% of her recipes are wonderful but some I know will not be, quite, what I'm searchig for. I think she's, very, talented and some of her recipes I have served maany times. Using the, imported, Italian tuna in oil is a bit expensive but does taste best! Many thanks to the reviewer who suggested Trader's Joe's Olive Rosemary bread.

    If you thrive on SSSharpSSSaltySSSour flavor, get ready for a sandwich with enough pungency to wake up even the sleepiest taste budZZZ. TIP: Better eaten in small pieces.

    Quick. Easy. Delicious. The kids loved it on dinner rolls rather than ciabatta. We will definitely make it again. We used marinated artichokes and it was really good. Highly recommend if you're looking for a different kind of sandwich, er, panini.

    I used low fat mayo, 1 clove of garlic and a can of Bumble Bee Tuna w/Sundried tomatoes on Trader Joe's Olive Rosemary Bread. To die for!
