What a great sandwich! After seeing it on the show I rushed out to get the ingredients! I noticed that Giada used water-packed jarred artichokes, not marinated as written in the recipe. I added some capers and baby arugula and it was fantastic. My 15-year-old loved it and my 7-year-old loved the purple hue of the mayonnaise. Thanks Giada!

I had made Giada's Garlic and Citrus Chicken the previous day and I was looking for a different way to use up the leftovers. I saw her making this sandwich and decided to make it, using chicken instead of tuna. It was delicious! Next time I'm going to make it with the tuna.

The only thing I change is the bread - I used sprouted hemp bread from Whole Foods that I toasted first. It's a great meal.

I don't think 2 cloves of garlic was too much - it was just right!!! (I tried it the first time with just 1 clove and we couldn't taste the garlic at all. DELICIOUS!!!

Great way to have a tuna fish sandwich without feeling like a loser for making tuna fish sandwiches. These are tangy and yummy and easy to make.

This was a great summer lunch, even on whole wheat bread. I had leftovers, so I tossed the tuna/artichoke mixture with fresh spinach for a salad, and thinned the aioli with more balsamic for a dressing.

The olive tapenade was too overpowering for the tuna. Love Giada's show but this is one dish I just didn't care for. Not bad, because all others I have tried of hers have been great.

I agree with everyone else..the garlic is overwhelming and I love garlic and cook with it all the time. I even cut back to one clove as everyone suggested and the garlic flavor really comes thru. Overall, excellent!! I will make it again. Thanks.

I not only had this as a panini, the leftover stuffing made great sandwhiches for my lunch.
