Wonderful way to turn a tuna fish sandwich into something special. I agree - slice the tomato

This is a really good sandwich. It's so flavorful. Tuna, lemon, artichoke hearts, tapendade....MMM, MMM, MMM!

I made this for my husband and myself yesterday for lunch. It was quite tasty...a bit more cleanup than I normally do for a sandwich, but well worth it. Thanks, Giada.

It has a taste all it's own, never would have put artichokes and tuna togeter, but it is a great panini.

Tuna mixture is kind of sloppy and easy to make a mess when you eat, so I used sliced tomatoes instead of diced, I added green lettuce, too. Taste like Italian deli panini, so gorgeous!
