i omit the tuna because it takes a lot longer to cook the veggies than the tuna. but it's still very good.

This dish is a no brainer but it tastes like someone still put a lot of thought into the dish. I made it once, twice and more then passed on the recipe to several people who enjoyed eating it. For boaters it is something that can be done on a raft up.

Had this at my friends wedding, amazing, but she used Chives Parsley and Thyme instead of rosemary, and mixed the seafood - scallps, swordfish,

The vegetables really need a little more cooking than the fish. great flavor.

I liked this recipe so I took heed to the notes and I cooked the fennel and onion for about 10 mins first. I also made more marinade and used as a baste while I grilled the skewers. Perfect! Tuna was moist, veggies were done and the grill and baste worked very well. I also drizzled the marinade on the dish under the entree which made it look great and added to the moisture.

This tasted great. I didn't have problems with the vegetables as I placed the entire meal in tin foil and baked in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. I also omitted the fennel as my grocery store did not have any. My husband really liked as well and he is not really into veggies/fish.

I usually love recipes I get from "Everyday Italian", and my favorite fish is tuna, so I thought this recipe just had to be good. I followed the recipe down to the letter, and in the end I was left with a dozen sticks of undercooked vegetables and overcooked, dry tuna. I think this recipe might be better over a medium-low grill instead of in an oven, or with the vegetables cooked seperately from the fish, because in the end I had to chunk half of my ruined veggies and choke down my dry tasteless tuna by itself...wasteful and yucky indeed.

This recipe was great. Although I would have to agree with the last rating that the veggies weren't as cooked as I would of liked them to be. But I will give it another go. I still think that this was fantastic. I cooked all the items from this show and it turned out wonderful for my dinner party!

While the taste of the marinade was wonderful, I found that even though my tuna was cooked my fennel and onions were still very raw. I had to put the onions and fennel back into the oven to cook longer. I would suggest that you cook the tuna (and perhaps the tomatoes separate from the vegetables because they require more time.
