I made this last night and it was so good!! A little time consuming, but certainly worth it. Made one to eat and one for the freezer...This is a keeper.

This dish is SO good! I never tried making stuffed shells before, thinking it would be too time consuming. Watching Giada make this on TV I decided to try it. It was delicious and easy. I used sauce from a jar and added some red chile flakes, also used canned artichokes, since I have never seen frozen in my local stores. Combined with a Caeser salad it was a perfect dinner. My husband's only complaint was that it tasted so good hea had seconds and then ate too much!Have some in freezer containers for later, too.

This is a terrific recipe! The more delicate flavor of the "stuffing" goes nicely with the spicier arrabbiata sauce. After this meal my husband was threatening to pull out the frozen portion I had put aside for a dinner party next week and eat that too.

My brother was over for dinner and realized only after eating this meal that he loved artichokes! It was wonderful, made plenty for another dinner party with my neighbors and wasn't too difficult. It was delicious.

This one was a huge winner in our house. It was easy enough to make, has great flavor, and you can get many meals out of it!

I decided to try these because a portion could be frozen for future use. I made the entire recipe and divided in half, one to cook now, one to freeze for later.
They were very tasty and super easy to make. It was really hard not to immediately cook the half we froze, they were that good. This is a recipe I will make often, and my husband loved them too.

On the show, Giada said that you can either make her "Simple Tomato Sauce" or use a store bought marinara sauce and make it arrabiata by adding spice such as red pepper flakes. Hope this helps.
