Just like making lasagna, this is a great dish to make when you've got friends or family asking what they can do to help (and the wine is flowing, too. Found the sauce recipe in the Food Network search engine under "arrabbiata sauce"...then click "Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce."

This was my first time making one of her recipes, and it was great. Very easy.. Used a fresh Artichoke instead, and had to add extra sauce after it baked..

I love this recipe because you can add your own fillings if you want! I added chopped spinach which was delicious. I froze about half of it and am looking forward to having that within the next month!

Another great recipe from Giada. I had my parents over for dinner last night and wanted to fix something different. This had so much flavor. I added some extra red pepper flakes to the sauce and extra black pepper to the filling. My dad doesn't normally eat artichokes and he loved this recipe. It was worth the prep time.

Jan, I don't know where in this recipe you found the Arrabiata Sauce, even panchetta wasn't mentioned in this recipe. At least there are a few kind people left out in the world, Majorie, thank you for being so helpful to Anonymous and others like myself by pointing us in the direction to locating the sauce.
