Wow! What an extremely easy and delicious meal! One of my faves. I prefer this over her spinach, proscuitto lasagna roll ups by far. A hit and a mainstay in the house.

when i made this dish, I found it very easy to follow the instruction. the smell and taste of this is explosive. alittle kick of Spice. and the cheese blend just tops it off.

OK; so to the "anonymous" cook. You must have not searched for the recipe for the sauce very hard. I found it straight away. My family is putting together a cookbook and it is amazing what gets missed, even with multiple checks. Give the food network a break.
    Fabulous recipe. Thank you Giata.

can be copied from her recipe for Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce:

    Arrabbiata Sauce

6 ounces thinly sliced pancetta, diced
2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper flakes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    5 cups marinara sauce

Heat the oil in a heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the pancetta and saute until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add the red pepper flakes. Add the garlic and saute until tender, about 1 minute. Add the marinara sauce. Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring often.

I was confused, too! If you do a search, her sauce recipe can be found w/a similar stuffed shell recipe! It was good. Good luck!

Great flavor with out the red meat heaviness. Plenty of the Italian substance in its toothfullness....plus good for you turkey. Teriffic make ahead for the freezer or the lake....when you certanly don't want to cook! Love Ya Gaida, Casey

The recipe says the recipe for the Arrabbiata sauce follows, except that it doesn't. (I even searched for it. How can we make it...if we don't know what it is?
