Great. I put some in the freezer and I want to get them out already even though we just had them 3 nights ago.

This was great the first night, but the best part about this recipe is that my husband and I are still eating it months later (since I made a double batch froze a bunch of it! It's really great out of the freezer-- just throw a fresh salad together and it's perfect. Thanks, Giada.

This dish was amazing and so filling. My husband is a huge eater so I gave him 5 shells and it was too much. Four is more than enough for a big eater. I had three and was stuffed but it was so delicious I had to keep eating. Would not change one thing!!

Definitely wait until the ingredients have cooled before stuffing the shells - otherwise they tear really easily.

Instant hit! The red pepper flakes in the marinara really added an extra twist. I make this often!

Outrageously delicious! Made twice. Second time substituting baby spinach for artichokes. Superb!...I even halved the recipe to make a small pan for two. It worked flawlessly. This is a simple recipe. Love how the pancetta, garlic, and red pepper transforms a jar marinara. I also added 2 teaspoons of sugar to the sauce. To the filling I added and dash of nutmeg. Will definitely make again.

This is one of my favourite recipes and make it often. Everyone loves it and they always have second helpings. The combination of the turkey, artichokes and spicy sauce just a flavour sensation!

Seriously ... this was WAAAAY OFF THE HOOK!! I over-stuffed the pasta shells because there was sooo much filling. AND I'm glad I did!!! Totally DEEEE-LI-CIOUS!! Don't forget the mozzarella cheese @ the end. You MUST try it!
