These were delicious! Like little bites of lasagna! I made them with turkey sausage instead of ground turkey. I baked most of them, but froze enough for a future dinner. I can't wait to make this again. *Was delicious with Sunny's Tater and Asparagus Toss!

Loved this recipe! easy to make and it was delicious. Had enough to make a second tray and froze it for another night. At the 2nd tray tonight and was just as good as the first batch. Will definitely make it again.

Made this for dinner tonight...excellent! However, I didnt realize when I started it that it was going to bake in oven for 1 hr! Way too hungry when we get home from work! I did use low fat ricotta cheese as well as no fat mozzarella. I think I should have made all 5 cups of marinara cause it did need more sauce. My man really enjoyed it & will definitely be making again! Thanks, Giada, for great low fat, delicious recipe!

I'm a fan of Giada and I'm not one to change recipes too much, but I did make a few tweaks here. My fiance doesn't typically like stuffed shells due to the abundance of cheese so I cut back the Parmesan to 1/3c and sprinkled a little less mozzarella on the top. Also used part skim mozzarella and low fat ricotta... I promise you can't taste the difference! The turkey is hearty and the artichoke a nice hidden punch of flavor. Definitely a more 'meaty' stuffed shells that was an instant hit! Plus, super easy to make and now I have a tray in the freezer for another night. This is why I love Giada... clean food, simple recipes and all about flavor without butter, cream, etc.

This recipe is one of our favorites. Definately my sons favorite! It's easy and always turns out perfect! It's great for making ahead and freezing or just a day before serving.

It was very simple, but took a lot longer than I thought it would. I loved everything about it and so did my guests. A classic Giada recipe! So yummy!!

Good recipe! I'm not sure I will make it again, but it was definitely worth making it once. A couple of my dinner guests thought it was a little too spicy, I thought it was the right amount of spice, but may want to keep that in mind if making for other people. I had to use canned artichokes instead of frozen and it still tasted delicious. Great dish if you love pasta and are looking for something new!

I never liked stuffed shells growing up, because they seemed so bland... but these are so delicious, with so many textures and flavors! They have become a true family favorite. Like others, I always make extra to freeze. The only problem is getting them in the freezer before dinner guests try to claim them as left-overs! Thank you, Giada!
