Super easy, and yummy!!! I omitted the pancetta, didn't have and the corn. I was amazed at how quickly it came together. Everyone loved it. Will be making this often.

This recipe is great! I loved the flavors and the pancetta is fantastic! I have never made pot pies before and these are simple, fast and delicious. Thanks Giada!

These pot pies were delicious! I did alter the recipe a little by replacing one cup of the chicken broth with one cup of Pinot Grigio and I also added two ribs of diced celery. I will definitely be making these again soon. Thanks Giada for another winning recipe!

I altered the recipe a little since I didn't have all that was needed. I used chicken instead of turkey, potato in place of corn, one dish instead of several and I doubled the crust batch using one half on top and one on bottom (because I love dough on the bottom. I baked the bottom layer of crust for 10 minutes before filling. It worked out great! Will use this recipe again. Oh, and I did lightly grease the pan before putting the dough layer on the bottom.

AMAZING!!! First attempt at turkey pot pie and it couldn't of come out any more delicious!! I made one big dish instead of the individual, brushed with egg wash cooked for 25 to perfection. Def will be making again!

Made this tonight with the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Oh my, let me just say this was a homerun! It's absolutely the best pot pie I've ever had, EVER! I followed the recipe exactly. It was just perfect. The crust was soft, crunchy, cheesy, wonderfulness. The turkey, veggie mix with the thyme were seasoned perfectly. Loved this! Rolling out the dough for the crust was fun to make. The crust cooked up fluffy, light and crunchy. Sooooo delicious!

OMG, Giada, this is FABULOUS. I ended up doing it as one pie because I did not have enough ramikens on hand but this is the BEST pot pie ever, the crust wonderful and this has now joined the list of home favorites. Thank you Giada, you never disappoint!

Great taste and the crust is good too. I made it in a 9 x 13 pan because I had a little more turkey and broth and I rolled out the crust to about the size of the inside of the pan and placed it on top. It was not big enough to overlap, just enough to reach the edges but very homestyle. I will be making this again.
