Crust: I was so excited that I saw an eggless recipe for the crust so I quickly bought the items and made it, but I was slightly disappointed. The recipe calls for 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER and 3 TABLESPOONS OF OIL in mixture of 1 cup flour/cornmeal, but I found this to be too much. My baked crust turned out too soft and too oily. I am vegetarian so I did not make turkey and pancetta mixture, instead made vegetarian item. I will try this recipe one more time down the road by decreasing oil, and hopefully it turns out nice and slightly crispy, too. I am always looking for eggless baking recipes. If someone makes the crust please let me know how yours turned out.
