Absolutly delicious! I did change the pasta. Instead of spaghetti, I used Papperdelle. I also did not have left oevr turkey so I bought ground turkey and still yummy. If you use ground turkey, just cook until it starts to brown. It will finish cooking when you add it back in, otherwise it will be like rubber.

My 12-year old pronounced this the best dish she had ever had. She didn't even mind the whole wheat pasta I slipped in. That said, it was a little sweet for me. I should have paid more attention to the brand of marinara sauce I was using. I started from a pretty sweet sauce, then adding the carrot from the recipe made it even sweeter. I added fresh parsley at the end to try to tone it down, and that helped. I also used very good Parmesan, and that helped too. But even sweet, it was a fabulous dish. We will make this dish a tradition for Thanksgiving leftovers.

This was fabulous! I followed the recipe as is, then after reading the other reviews, I added a little wine and a little balsamic vinegar. Then I stirred in some of the pasta water to thin it. My husband and I agreed: fabulous!

I was very unsure of the turkey and marinara flavors coming together, but the recipe looked so simple that it was worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised! This dish came together in a snap, rather than traditional bolognese sauces that take hours to prepare and I really appreciated that. My boyfriend was also skeptic, but went back for MORE! I used plain prego marinara and dried basil because I didn't have fresh on hand. Thanks, Giada!

Simple and my kids loved it. I love the smell of sautéed garlic, onion, carrots and celery. I added a little crumbled bacon in mine just cause my oldest kid came down and said he smelled bacon and I thought it'd be a tasty addition to the sauce. I usually like my pasta topped with crushed red pepper flakes but didn't feel like this needed it. I used Classico tomato basil sauce. Yummy!

Followed the recipe to the letter and it was BLAND. Added some crushed red pepper and a few more herbs. This recipe is really not up to what I expect from Giada.

This was a great way to use up some of the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I normally don't like carrots and celery but they were so cooked down and tender that I barely noticed them in this dish, which I really appreciated. This was delicious and so simple to make. I was really surprised by how little work went into such a flavorful dish. Great recipe!

Just made this for dinner tonight, and WOW! I was wee bit skeptical about the results since I have a hard time imagining bolognese with turkey, but I am a huge fan of Giada's recipes and given the amount of turkey leftovers on hand, thought I'd give the recipe a try. The sauce is incredibly flavorful, yet simple. The only adjustment I made was to add just a pinch of red pepper flakes to the veggies, and I used Trader Joe's tomato basil marinara. I will certainly make this again. Thank you for another wonderful recipe, Giada!
