This was soooo yummy and my family was really surprised to know that they were eating leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The carrots and celery really added some texture making this more than just your average italian pasta.

This is so easy, most everything I needed I had in my kitchen. It has alot of favor. My taste buds loved it! I will make it with my leftover turkey every year and with chicken during the year. (Since I don't often make turkey
