    It was amazing. My family couldnt imagine make it with turkey insteadt of ground beef. Althought I left out the celery since i was out. It still tasted really good. At least now i know what i am going to do with my leaved over turkey again lol....

    I just happened to have all of the ingredients in the house except the marinara sauce and decided to try it anyway. I used some spaghetti sauce that I had in the cabinet and it turned out well. I agree, this is a keeper.

    I've never been interested in making turkey bolognese because I never thought it sounded appealing. I had so much leftover turkey from Thanksgiving that I decided to try it - really thinking I wouldn't like it and would trash it. Wrong! It was delicious, plain and simple. This one is going in the keeper pile!

    This recipe was great! So great in fact my 10 yr old didn't even know he was eating (more turkey. I added some mushrooms but stuck to the recipe otherwise. Thanks!

    Very easy and tasty! This dish does not taste like leftovers, it doesn't even taste like turkey! Even my husband liked it and he's a picky eater. This will become one of my go to recipes for turkey left overs. Thank you Giada for a wonderful dish!
