GREAT way to use up Thanksgiving turkey leftovers! My family love it.. So flavorful and easy. It turned out better than I expected. I used Giada marinara sauce...

definitely a good use of left over turkey! use Giada's marinara as well. Could have used some panceta to provide another flavor dimension...

This was delicious. I modified it a little bit because I did not have fresh basil, so I added fresh parsley and a bay leaf. I also added mushrooms because I had them in the refrigerator. I had a drop of red wine leftover so I added that to the pot as well. Served it over the long fusilli and everyone loved it.

This was perfect to use up the last of my turkey. I happened to have some sauce already made in the freezer so it made it even easier.

I made this for dinner last night, it was very easy and very good. My family is pretty tired of Turkey Soup. Even my picky, picky daughter loved it.

I must be doing something wrong because it was just a normal good dish. It was nothing overly amazing to give it a five star. I didn't have parmesan cheese so i shredded a bit of cheddar and mozarella on top which made it taste better.
