I have made this turkey bolognese & it's terrific! I love bolognese sauces & I think I like this one with turkey better than sauce made with beef & pork. If you are like me and you only like turkey when it's roasted like on Thanksgiving, try this recipe - it's light but very tasty. PS I happen to prefer bolognese on either tagliatelli or rigatoni, pasta that's hefty & holds onto the sauce. buon' apetito!

Really tasty. I played with it a little bit, added some red pepper flakes, and a couple of herbs. Also had roasted some grape tomatoes for some bruschetta so added a few of the extra ones to the sauce. A good recipe for any occasion and really easy to make. Thanks, Giada!

Saw Giada make this on TV a couple of yrs. ago. It's been our go to leftover turkey dish ever since!

I was so skeptical about the carrot and celery, but it was outstanding! It's so wholesome and filling and tasty. This is a great staple in our house - we make it at least once a month.

Very tasty! I loved the addition of carrots and celery in this bolognese. Other recipes I've tried were flat and boring, but this was chunky and full of flavor. I also added some spinach at the end because it was on hand. My husband was a big fan of this recipe, too, and he's usually pretty neutral on things.

I almost doubled the recipe. While veggies were sauteeing, I added ground turkey and a couple links of turkey sausage. Served with whole grain pasta. It was delish! My husband told me to save the recipe.

This one is definitely a keeper! I added some wine and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Absolutely delicious, and a great way to use leftover turkey.

What a great way to use up leftover turkey! I used Giada's marinara sauce with this recipe - it takes a little time to make but is so worth it! Thanks for another delicious recipe Giada!

Made this and it was so easy and quick. My son said he would rather have tube pasta instead of the spaghetti. I added baby portabella mushrooms to the recipe. It's a really good way to use leftover turkey. The flavor is so much different than the Christmas turkey dinner. Thanks Giada!
