I tried this recipe two years ago and have been making it every year since after Thanksgiving. It tastes even better after a couple of days to let the seasonings blend together. The sauce keeps well in the freezer if you don't want to use it right away. Love it!

This was such a creative idea. My partner and I both love it! You don't feel like you're eating Thanksgiving leftovers at all. A definite holiday tradition for us now!

Excellent dish!! My family loved it, and my kids are very picky eaters. I did use Italian sausage, removed from the casings. After cooking the onions and garlic, I added the sausage and let it brown. Turned out wonderfully. Will definitely make again.

This was really good, we really enjoyed it. I added a 1/4 red wine to the sauce. Would definately make this again!

This recipe was fabulous! I couldn't get over how well the flavors came together with the leftover turkey. This dish came together so quickly and was very easy as well. I will definitely be making this again, and will also try it with rotisserie chicken like some others suggested.

This is seriously the most delish recipe to use for turkey leftovers. Made it last year and my husband has been asking for it again ever since! You can't go wrong with this one if you love pasta and you love turkey.

I almost cannot express how fab this recipe is! Turkey and pasta don't usually go together but, like everyone else commented, when all the flavors blend together for the sauce this dish is just amazing! Definitely a much needed twist to the ole reheated turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes after Thanksgiving.

Really easy to make and was really good. I upped the garlic and added red wine. I also recomend seasoning the turkey beforehand as turkey can be bland sometimes.
Also, I browned raw turkey instead of buying cooked. This is where I should have seasoned it more. But I think it is much better than pre-cooked stor bought. jmo

This is delicious, healthy, fast, and makes A LOT. It's also quite comforting. They didn't have fresh basil at the store for some reason so I used a tomato sauce with basil in it... Also I bought pre-cooked chopped turkey breast.
