Wow! This recipe is amazing! I made it for my family's New Years party and everyone loved it! I used double the amount of everything to make a larger amount because it was a big party. It was a lot more food than I expected. When I took it to the party, there were no leftovers at all! I got so many compliments on it! This is a great recipe!

This recipe was one of the best we have tried from the Food Network. It was incredibly simple to make but tasted very complex. We used a combination of white and dark meat and the recipe was divine. Since we only really have leftover turkey after Thanksgiving, I will be trying this recipe with roasted chicken - it was far too delicious to have only once a year!

We preferred a spicier version; I added some red peppers with the onion.

I made this recipe using Giadas Marinara sauce recipe and served it on whole wheat spaghetti noodles and it was really good. The whole family loved it. Will be making this again!

OMG! This is delicious and a great idea to use leftover turkey so you don't have to eat the same thing for a week!. My kids got seconds and didn't notice the veggies (I chopped them very fine and they cooked faster. Thanks GDL.

This was easy, and delicious. I didn't have Turkey dinner at my house this year, so I used a store bought rotisserie chicken. The family loved this, and my kids had a few friends over, and they all loved it, too. Made the house smell great. This easily fed 8 people. Yum Yum!

I'm fairly new at cooking, and this recipe was very simple for me to make. I didn't use shredded turkey - instead, I got a large slice of roast turkey and ripped it with my fingers into chunks. The result was a truly wonderful dinner - my family thought it was delicious and we plan to make it again soon.
