I will definitely make this dish again! My husband said it is his favorite spaghetti dish so far...and he's picky! The vegetables go perfectly with the meal - you enjoy an excellent blend of flavors that you normally wouldn't in "normal spaghetti".

This dish turned out quite nicely and it was a wonderful way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey (which we had a ton of. Thanks Giada!

This dish is absolutely amazing. Perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers. I am salivating just thinking about it. The wine adds a perfect touch to the sauce. I used Classico Vodka Sauce (one of my favs and it was delish.

This dish was easy to prepare. I have four kids who are picky eaters and they all loved this dish. It will be added to our rotating menu.

It was ok. Nothing particularly outstanding, but not bad either.

I made this at a time when I didn't have leftover turkey meat so I used ground turkey and it was very good. Using ground turkey vs. ground beef is definitely a calorie saver too.

Great dish for leftovers. So good, in fact, I would roast a turkey just to make this recipe again.

My family gave this dish rave reviews and want me to make this any time there is left over turkey. It's now in my file under "Family Favorites". Thanks Giada!
