I will definitely make this dish again! My husband said it is his favorite spaghetti dish so far...and he's picky! The vegetables go perfectly with the meal - you enjoy an excellent blend of flavors that you normally wouldn't in "normal spaghetti".

This dish is absolutely amazing. Perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers. I am salivating just thinking about it. The wine adds a perfect touch to the sauce. I used Classico Vodka Sauce (one of my favs and it was delish.

THIS RECIPE WAS A PRETTY EASY WAY TO USE THE TURKEY LEFTOVERS. I THINK I WILL CUT DOWN ON THE AMOUNT OF PASTA NEXT TIME,HOWEVER.

I made this at a time when I didn't have leftover turkey meat so I used ground turkey and it was very good. Using ground turkey vs. ground beef is definitely a calorie saver too.
