This was really good. My family was a little skeptical at first about turkey and marinara sauce but we all loved it!

We liked this dish a lot. If you have extra time, let it simmer longer, the flavors do seem to blend better the longer it simmers. I started before everyone was ready to eat, tasted for seasoning at the suggested point, then served about 1/2 hour later and the flavors continued to develop. It was fine at the first point too - it really is quick, easy and tasty.

This is a terrific recipe for leftover turkey. The kids loved it. The husband asked for seconds. It was easy to make and best of all, I got to freeze the rest and will have it at least twice more! Thank you for a terrific recipe.

Very easy to prepare w/ ingredients I had leftover from the thanksgiving holiday. The sauce was wonderfully thick and flavorful, and everything came together in 30 min...the parmesan cheese adds a nice salty bite w/ the rich turkey meat- almost felt like the turkey had been simmering all day! Will make again!

Excellent use of leftover turkey! I added a little balsamic to deglaze and sweeten it a bit. And used rosemary instead of basil as that was what I had on hand.
    Thanks for another good one!
