I have never seen my husband so excited about eating leftovers and we are talking about Thanksgiving turkey leftovers. He has been telling everyone about this awesome pasta dish and is still in amazement how I could make a turkey leftover taste soooo good! I could only smile and look as humble as I can...lol...thanks Giada!!

I thought this was great, I cut the turkey down a little but there was still plenty throughout. I also only used 2 cuos of sauce, and about 1/2 to 3/4 pound of spaghetti becasue I cut the turkey down. Did not have enough left over. This is a superb alternative to turkey sandwiches or pot pie.. LOVED IT!!

I made this the night after Thanksgiving and my family loved it. It's quick, easy and the taste is great. I wouldn't change a thing. It was nice to have a dinner with the left-overs that didn't taste like left-overs!! I will definately make it again.

I made this reciped (using jarred marinara and it was extremely tasty and made a big hit with the family. It was easy and it was a clever way to "hide" the dark meat of the turkey that is always leftover.

My husband generally does all the cooking but I thought I'd try something with the leftover turkey. Giada's recipe was easy to follow and it turned out perfectly. I will cook this again.

I'll admit I've never cooked anything by myself a day in my life aside from Ramen noodles or some scrambled eggs until today but I put my faith in Giada's recipe and tried my best to mimic what I see chefs do on tv and this ended up tasting wonderful! I actually missed the show when this was prepared on tv and I just read the recipe off the website word for word. I couldn't have been more pleased. My father even tried what I cooked and he said it tasted great too. I'm less afraid of the kitchen now. :P

I wasn't too sure about this. I've never made pasta with turkey before. Also, when I mixed in the turkey I tasted it and it wasn't all that great. But then I let it simmer... Simmering is definately the key. It turned out excellent. The flavors blended so well together. Definately making this an after-Thanksgiving tradition!! Thanks Giada!

This sauce was a cinch to make, and it was a great way to use up some leftover turkey without having to relive Thanksgiving dinner once again. I will definitely add this sauce to my repertoire.
