Absolutely loved this soup. Saw it on tv and thought "oh I have some cooked carrots, wild brown rice and chicken stock. I made it exactly as the recipe called, I did add more rice (because I had it leftover and added some more broth, and it was outragious!!!!

I made this soup today after seeing it on the tv yesterday. It was full of flavor and very filling. I am on weight watchers and the only points that have to be accounted for per serving are the rice, ground turkey, and Parmesan cheese. one and a half cups is about 4-5 points. not bad at all!!! i also ate mine with a good italian bread. YUMM!

Very tasty!! Just made this for my husband and I and we love it. He is not a big fan of rosemary, but the herbs de Provence isn't overpowering. It tastes very rich for being healthy. Can't wait to take it to work for lunch.

Great recipe! Just a few ingredients, but very flavorful and rich. I added in uncooked brown rice (1/2 cup and a little over a cup more broth so the rice cooked in the soup and absorbed the flavor. That took just about a half hour extra, but worth it. I also added in some swiss chard in addition to the kale to vary the flavor of the greens. This will definitely become a new favorite soup this winter!

Deeeee-lish! I made this last night and it was a hit with everyone. I typically don't care for the texture of ground turkey or the flavor of brown rice, but I wanted to try something a bit healthier after overindulging during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised at how savory the soup was. This soup was so filling and extremely flavorful it will be in my regular menu rotation.

I loved this soup. Hearty and filling without (I hope too many calories. Would love to know total calories. Followed the recipe exactly except I couldn't find kale so I substituted collard greens. Still excellent.

Very deliciously light. Watched Giada make it home this morning. Went to Publix. Served for my new board members at our transition dinner....it was awesome and well received. No one noticed the missing carrots or the 1/2 stock 1/2 water switch :

This was awesome!! Only change I made was I substituted 1.5 C of stock for the same amount of broth. This is a perfect Saturday evening soup - filling but not too heavy.
