loved it! Never really tried to recreate Thai food at home. Having been to Thailand, I liked it a bit more on the spicy side and used probably 4 Thai chilies and added garlic when cooking down the onions. The dish serves well with rice, the dressing is really good!

The dull gray color of the dish was a big turnoff for everyone. Cut back on the fish sauce. I thought the flavor wasn't bad but everyone went off to make a grilled cheese and I threw the turkey larb away.

I saw this recipe in the most recent Food Network Magazine and decided to try it - it looked simple enough for a weeknight and my boyfriend and I love Thai food. The only thing I would change is using large pieces of lemongrass while cooking the veggies, but taking it out at the end. I can never get it quite right and we always end up picking it out while we eat. I also added minced garlic and ginger, along with chopped cilantro, roasted peanuts and cucumbers at the end as a garnish. Besides that, I totally recommend this recipe! Super quick, easy, delicious and healthy! I love Giada!

This has become one of my staple recipes. I do cut back a bit on the fish sauce cause it's a bit potent for my tastes. This dish can easiy be a great place to add vegetables too. I add shredded carrots regularly. Delicious.

I thought this was great. I couldn't find the lemongrass so substituted lemon zest and as others commented I would up the chilis. I used two seranos as I couldn't find thai chilis, but would up that to three or four. Used savoy cabbage leaves for the crunch topped with shredded carrots and cucumber like another review. Also skipped the rice and served with Tyler Florence's cold sesame noodles...awesome. My husband and son really enjoyed!

So easy! I'm a novice cook and I had absolutely no problem with this recipe. I prepped the ingredients ahead of time so when my husband came home I just had to throw everything in a pan. I couldn't find thai chilis so I subbed serrano like the recipe says. I used two, because my husband likes spicy food, but could've actually used three. Such a flavorful dish! I can't wait to serve this when we have friends over for dinner.

Great Dish, full of flavor, super easy to make and healthy. It is very versitale and can be served a variety of ways. I am not sure how anyone could say that this dish is bland, it would only be possible if you did not follow the directions. Great turkey option to have on file, thanks Giada

This was outstanding. Don't understand why others have had trouble with the "turkey," but I'm guessing they're using breast, not the typical ground. Turkey breast can be utterly dry and tasteless. And don't overcook it. I've served this countless times and had rave reviews...especially don't ignore the basil, mint, LIME, chilies, fish sauce...or it isn't Thai, it's...well, American fusion and will disappoint. Thanks Giada!

It was pretty good. I used turkey breast to make it healthier but the red onion had a raw turkey appearance when eating it. I've been to Thailand and love Thai food, but the amount of fish sauce in this dish turned me off a little. It seemed a bit overpowering. We added some crunchy peanuts on top of the lettuce wraps and it was good. I don't think I'll make it again.

We did not like this at all - it is extremely rare that I throw away food because we know we won't eat leftovers/remake and this was in the trash last night (while I scrambled to make something else. Just not getting the reviews - there was no flavor at all - so I added garlic, ginger, more fish sauce, siracha. Once I finally got some flavor the ground turkey (which I have never used before was dry dry dry.
