My husband and I loved this recipe - off-the-charts yummy! We will probably have this for dinner once a week for awhile until we totally burn out on it, if that's possible. Not only is it simple to prepare, but has so much flavor and, if that's not enough, it's gotta be so low in calories. Might try it with the salmon as one reviewer mentioned, just to change it up a bit. This one's a definite keeper - ขอบคุณค่ะ kop khun kha, Giada!

This recipe is absolutely delicious and easy!!!! I made the recipe as is but then also made a second "batch" using salmon instead as my husband does not eat any poultry or red meat. The citrus dressing was amazing on the salmon...so great that we made it again a week later!!!!!!!

This recipe is phenomenal! Great in the lettuce wrap or as a dressing for an entree style salad. Depending on your desire for heat, may need to adjust up. Fresh mint and cilantro give it a bright and fresh finish. Excellent work Giada.

This is SO tasty and fast. I was really impressed - I remember watching the episode and thinking that the dressing might not be enough to flavor the turkey. I was dead wrong - it was SO good. Can't wait for the leftovers!

This recipe was a hit! My dad who doesn't like thai food liked it. I could not find lemongrass, fish sauce, nor shallots in my local grocery stores so I substituted lemon zest for equal measurements for lemongrass, lite soy for fish sauce, and green onions for shallots. It tasted great!

Excellent recipe! Made this tonight using ground white meat turkey and it was delicious. I substituted shredded cabbage for the lettuce leaves because I prefer the crunch and flavor of cabbage. Since it uses only a little canola oil, the dish is really healthy. Next time I may try to find dark meat turkey, or even ground pork, just like my favorite local thai restaurant.

This recipe is SO simple to make and extremely tasty! I wanted seconds (but refrained and am so glad there are leftovers for lunch today. I went light on the mint and think it would be great even without if you aren't a fan of mint. Excellent recipe!

I have made this with left over chicken and beef, it is great. I use cilantro to finish. The thai seasoning I have spells it Laab. You can get it at the Oriental Grocery

Really good and really easy to make. I used venison instead of ground turkey and I used jalapenos out of the garden instead of a Thai chili pepper. I also used cabbage leaves instead of lettuce because that's what they serve with the larb at the local Thai restaurant. It was so good that my stepson even ate some and he is an extremely picky eather. I will definitely be making this again.

Great dish, easy to do, and great flavor. I used Romaine instead of butter lettuce because I wanted a crispier lettuce for my wrap. Great flavor, nice and citrusy. Yumm!
