We love Thai food but our local restaurants are so expensive. This recipe makes it easy to have great Thai at home. Tried the other recipes from this episode and they were all great. This is my fav but husband loves the yellow curry dish.

This was the true hit of this menu with my family. I can't wait to make it again.

This recipe turned out pretty darn good, *especially* considering how easy it was to prepare. Honestly, if you can chop/mince/dice a shallot then you have more than enough culinary skill to pull off this recipe. But, as other reviews mentioned, the heat level on this is WAY too low. I recommend AT LEAST using twice as chili pepper, if not more. Also, we liked it better in my house when we slightly increased the amount of lemongrass and mint, but admittedly it was a very minor increase.

I make lettuce wraps often, and I thought this would be a great change. It was delicious and simple to make. The dressing was very citrusy, so I added a bit of sugar. I will definitely make this again!

This was absolutely delicious and very easy to make. One chili wasn't enough so I added a little bit of larb seasoning I'd bought at an Asian market and it added the right amount of heat.

very tasty dish. the crunchy lettuce made a perfect wrap.. I will add some more spice to it next time.. I had added some extra hot chili sauce which made even more yummi. Don't let the smell of the fish sauce deter you.. it really just smells bad, but will evaporate once it cooks..

This was a wonderful, low-carb, fresh-tasting dinner. It tasted authentically Thai to me. The cooking goes fast, so be sure to have all the ingredients prepped up front. I followed the recipe exactly, except I used romaine lettuce because that's what was in my fridge, and I thought the romaine ribs added a nice crunch that would have been lacking with the butter lettuce cups Giada recommends. I made the recommended rice but found it superflous and didn't eat much of it -- all the better to keep the carbs down anyway.

So delicious! Nice light dinner. Served it over arugula and with jasmine rice and dumplings on the side.
