Fantastic flavor. Minor adjustments I made based on what I had on hand: used sundried tomato pesto; buttermilk; only a dash of salt. With these changes followed recipe exactly and loved it! Husband loved it too!

I haven't had meat in a long time but I came across this recipe and I began craving it. So, I made it yesterday and I thought it was delicious. I didn't add salt because the feta already has plenty. I was worried that it would be too dry but it wasn’t. It came out moist and really good.

Made with lean ground chicken and only had skim milk. Smells so good while in the oven. Pretty tasty but sooooo salty. You reallybdon't need more salt as the feta is salty already.

The meatloaf is very tasty and have great flavors! Should have read the other reviews first because it was a bit too salty. I used ground turkey breasts and it was a bit dry, will try again with chicken or turkey dark meats as Giada recommended.

This was absolutely the best meatloaf I have ever had! Huge hit at home!! Easy to make as well. I cut back a bit on the salt and will cut back a bit more in the future, the feta adds salt too. This doesn't even taste like meatloaf, just little slices of heaven. :-

Wow!!! What flavor!! This was just delicious! The only things I changed were the amount of salt (used just a pinch and it was perfect and used ground turkey breast to make it leaner. Definitely a make again!

This is definitely a keeper! I didn't have any sun-dried tomatoes so I added a little bit of tomato paste. Everything else I followed exactly. This was moist and very tasty. Looking forward to trying it with the sun dried tomatoes.

The best meatloaf is delicious. If you use convenction oven reduce the oven temperature to 350F. I brust the meat loaf with a lillte bit of the sundried tomatoes oil and it give the meat a nice color on the top. Buen Provecho!
