This turkey meatloaf ended up dry, salty and in the garbage. Not sure if I compressed the sun-dried tomatoes too much as I measured them, but I am not even interested in trying this one again to see.

Super tasty!!! Next time we may add additional cheese, cheese-a-holics over here! Whole family loved it! Thanks Giada!

Really good and easy. Definitely doesn't need much salt with the feta in there. I just added a pinch and it was almost too much. Will probably leave the salt out altogether next time.

Wow, this was the BEST meatloaf I have ever had! I made it exactly as written with the exception of cutting back on the salt (which was not at all missed because the feta is salty. My husband was skeptical when he saw the ingredients, but went back for thirds! This is now my standard meatloaf recipe.

Tasty! I usually do not rate a recipe that I did not follow to the "T". However, I came to the reviews to see if anyone tried blue cheese instead of the feta because that was all I had on hand. All of the reviews I read followed the recipe, so I was on my own. It was GREAT with blue cheese. I also had dried tomatoes instead of the ones packed in oil and it was still fantastic. Happy Cooking!

As others have written, it is the BEST meeatloaf I have eaten & made! We used ground beef, but I'm sure the ground turkey would be great too. We have used the same recipe and made it into burgers which was a big hit too! AWESOME!
