I'm a vegetarian, but my husband is not so I make this for him often, per his request. I don't change a thing! (Which is a big deal, I normally change everything I make!

Absolutely love it!!! I use a little less salt then called for, and it's perfect!

Outstanding recipe! I also tried with some changes and the result was even better - ground chicken instead of turkey, added chopped black olives and spinach. The black olives added to the burst of flavor and went very well with all the ingredients. The next day, I made a sandwich with the leftovers and used sun-dried tomato pesto spread with arugula. Yumm!

Made this turkey meatloaf last night and it was outstanding! The sun dried tomatoes make this so incredibly delish!!! I made a sauce of ketchup, worcestshire, dried mustard and brown sugar to go on top. Very tasty! Served it with parmesan mashed potatoes and sauteed garlic spinach. Can't wait to make a meatloaf sandwich from the leftovers.

This is my go to meal. I had company over and needed something quick that would feed a lot of people. It was a hit! Now, I am preparing this to take to a friend who has broken her foot. The flavor combinations are unbelievable!

Amazing! I added 1/4 of an onion minced and it only enhanced the flavor. Best meatloaf I've had. Even my son liked it :
