Simply awesome! I was afraid this was going to bland, and my fiance' was less than thrilled when I told him I was making a healthy turkey meatloaf. But this recipe put his preconceived misconceptions about turkey meatloaf being dry and bland to rest! Few modifications based on what I had on hand and trying to make it a little more healthy: 3 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs, skim milk instead of whole, only had plain sun-dried tomatoes (Giada's brand; found at Target! so I conpensated with garlic and herb feta, 3 garlic cloves (love me some garlic!, panko instead of regular bread crumbs, no salt (based on the reviews, and I added some fresh basil to the center because I had some on hand that was needing used up. We paired it with some naan and he said it reminded him of a gyro- but different- and better! (He added some sour cream with dill sprinkled on top, and he said that pushed it over the top!

I followed this recipe and did not stray from the ingredients. My family loved it and want me to make it again soon. Such great flavor and fun to make. Even the children loved it. I highly recommend this dish.

First time cooking ground turkey. Best decision I ever made choosing this recipe. It was sooooo good! Best eaten right after it cools for 5 minutes. Next time I'm going to make small meatballs and bake in mini tins - should be a hit at gatherings.

This is a staple in my house! Even my picky 3rd grader eats it!! I love the combination of sundried tomatoes and feta!! I top it with a little bit of pasta sauce which moistens it and adds a little more flavor but otherwise, I follow the recipe and it's great!!

I felt this was very quick, easy 'on hand' ingredients and tasty. However, I would've giving it a 5 * rating if it were more moist. I felt that Giada's recipe, or maybe just my turkey beef??, was too dense/dry. I also used seasoned breadcrumbs and NO SALT due to the fact that the feta has enough of it already. I added some of my own homemade tomato sauce -gravy- to the top along with a sprinkling of panko breadcrumbs. I then broiled the top for a few minutes until golden and crispy. I poured a bit more gravy along side for dipping. I like my loaf to be sliceable but still moist. Making it again tonight. I ate the whole thing in two days. Sorry Honey! Try it, I think you'll agree it is tastier!! Yum!

So easy and delicious! Wonderful new alternative to beef meatloaf. You won't miss the beef in this recipe. The feta keeps the turkey meat moist. Thanks Giada!

Such a great dish and SO EASY! It has all the taste of a filling meat loaf but with the turkey, feta and sundried tomatoes, it's Satisfying!
This is the first loaf I've ever made (very new to cooking and I was concerned when it first came out of the oven because it didn't look done on the top like I thought a loaf was supposed to look like, but I think it was just the cheese. After the cool-down, and slicing, it looked more appetizing. But regardless, it tasted great.

This was GREAT! I usually make Altons B's meatloaf but I wanted something different. This was and it has a much more special taste than how the recipe reads.

This was delicious. I rarely make anything without deviating dramatically from the recipe to add my own flare. I was in a hurry, so I decided to give this one a go, only using Italian seasoned bread crumbs but otherwise keeping everything the same. It was a huge hit with my hubby and my 2 year old. This will become a regular in our lineup. Thanks, Giada!

This meatloaf really is so unbelievably tasty! This is my first time making it for myself and my husband, but when I was still living at home, this was one of my mother's staple recipes. So easy to make, and sooooo yummy! The only modification I make is by using seasoned breadcrumbs instead of plain ones for a bit extra flavor, but other than that, the recipe is perfect. I bet this would be great for entertaining, too. Thanks Giada for another keeper. You never disappoint! :
