    DELICIOUS!! Only change I made was a pinch of salt instead of the 1.5tsp called for in the recipe. Served with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes. YUM! Moist, flavorful, and super easy to make. Will definitely make this again and again.
    UPDATE: I have made it with baby spinach substituted for the parsley, just because it is what we had available. We prefer it with the spinach instead of the parsley. I will add a sprinkle of dried parsley.

    My hubby & dad said.it was the best meatloaf they had ever had. I did make a couple of substitutions that were cheeper based on what I had on hand. I used only 1tbl of dried tyme instead of parsely and I used canned diced tomatoes w/herbs insteads.of sundries tomatoes. Lastly I.recommend a little less salt (only 1tsp and a.little more feta.

    This was super easy, and super delicious! Tender, with a perfect amount of flavor. My husband literally said "oh Baby!" with the first bite. You will not be disappointed!

    It was soooo good. I did omit the salt to half a tsp vs 1 and a half tsp's. put a little extra feta in there. It was sooooooooooo amazing.
    Giada is the best. I wonder if this is healthy haah. Def be making this again.

    Wow! Cannot BELIEVE how good this came out!!! Hard to imagine turkey tasting this good! Might have to morph it into a meatball recipe, hope Giada doesn't mind..... ;

    I ended making this twice in less than 2wks time. I made my own marinated sun-dried tomatoes the second time around & both times it turned out great! I added a little extra feta cheese and boy, my husband loved this.

    This is a tasty recipe. I substituted marinated roasted red peppers for the sun-dried tomatoes and it was still a flavor fest. Mine came out drier than I would have liked, but I may have over-cooked it because I couldn't get a good reading on my meat thermometer. Have to get a new one. I would make this again.

    Incredible. Not a leftover in sight!!! My only modification was to cut back on the salt :
