AMAZING! We used a sandwich spread that has sundried tomatoes, garlic and tomato paste in it and the meatloaf was so so good. It was more flavorful than the beef meatloaf we make! Who knew making better choices and saving fat calories could taste this good? :

In standard fashion I'm another one of those people who use the recipe as a basis and tweak it slightly to my own liking. I'm not in love with sun-dried tomatoes so I have a hard time justifying buying them and then looking for something else to use them in. So for me, I omitted them from the recipe but in exchange used the terrific meat mixture to stuff whatever bell peppers may be on sale. Beautiful display of color and taste I absolutely love the simplicity of this recipe. Heavy on the garlic and parsley doesn't hurt either. Yumm Food Network!

This is surprisingly fantastic. I am not one to deviate from traditional meatloaf, but I could eat this everyday. I highly rcomend this. I added a little spagetti sauce on top and it was wonderful. Thanks Giada

I have made this several times and even used all white meat turkey. And it was still very moist and delicious. Will continue to make it. My husband loves it.

LOVE this recipe. I add some finely grated carrots and green pepper - not too much, just enough to keep the turkey moist. This is a family favorite. That is a bit amazing for a group of beef lovers!

I have never been a fan of meatloaf, but I wanted to try a recipe using ground turkey. This is what I did and it was so delicious!

This was really good!! I only had 1/4 cup breadcrumbs so used oatmeal for the other 1/4 cup. I also added sage, onion and celery. Can't wait to make it again!

This is a great, great spin on meatloaf! I followed the recipe precisely, except I added one tablespoon of olive oil to it since I had 93/7 lean turkey. It turned out great, and my husband was raving about it! He even suggested I serve it at our next dinner party!
