This meatloaf is great, but I prepare a lot of meals for people that are on very strict diets (salt, fats, carbohydrates, etc. I'm using an egg substitute (e.g egg beaters or just use egg whites instead of whole eggs. I am also using a reduced fat Feta. I keep the milk, because it does provide some richness.

The original is better, but this reduced fat version is also good if you need to scale back on "the nasties".

I really like meatloaf, I think it is a huge comfort food for me and after watching this being made on the show, I had to get the ingredients and make it for myself. My husband doesn't really like meatloaf but I decided to try it anyway! I was amazed at how easy this was and how much flavor there is!!! My husband loved it and it is definitely going to be a repeat recipe in our house! Thanks Giada!

This is one of the best recipe's I've tried in a long time! I did change that I made them in muffin pans because my family thinks meatloaf is yucky and I didn't have feta so I cut tiny cubes of fontina and threw that in. I also doubled the recipe (made 2 dozen and we don't have any left for leftovers! They were so moist and yummy we couldn't stop eating them! Great recipe! I"ve never bought ground turkey before but I love it now!

My husband looked at the slices and said, "What's the white stuff?" When I assured him it was cheese, he dug in...and loved it! I made it exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing.

I made this recipe after watching the show. I followed the directions exactly and added the garlic. This dish turned out delicious. My husband also raved about it. We both do not like regular meatloaf, but this has so much flavor, it was wonderful. Will definitely make again. Also, it was super easy!

This dish was wonderful. My partner raved that it was the best meatloaf he has ever had. I was never a huge fan of ground turkey, but this will be made again and again and again.

Great way to dress up a boring meat loaf. This was DELICIOUS!
I served it with a Greek salad on the side and it was a hit.

Also made for a great sandwich the next day!

I have made a lot of meatloves and have tried many recipes but like this one..
forget it! THIS IS THE BEST EVER!!!! I just didnt add the salt since the feta cheese is salty and used lowfat feta cheese, 1% milk and one egg and
just the egg white from the 2nd egg. It was delicious!
    Thanks Giada!
